Required Deposits

This deposit is fully refundable, provided no damages to the facility or equipment is incurred or extra services are required. Charges for any changes that take place during the course of the rental (for example: extension of rental hours, additional security personnel, additional janitorial expenses, use of kitchen, etc.) will be deducted from the customer's deposit.

Additional Fees Applicable to all Private Use. All fees are payable at the time of booking.
| Kitchen Usage, $75 per day |
The City requires that an additional fee be charged for use of the kitchen facility. A flat rate of $75 per day will be charged for this service. |

Rental Caretaker, $12 per hour
|
The City requires that a Rental Caretaker be assigned to any private rental conducted after normal business hours (with the exception of meeting room rentals conducted between the hours of 5:00-10:00 PM, Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday). A fee of $12 per hour will be charged for this service and is included in the above hourly rates for the 1st Floor Auditorium for the minimum about of hours. |
| Janitorial Service, $110 per day |
The City requires that all Private Use Rental customers pay for the janitorial services required to clean the facilities after the rental function. This insures that the facilities are cleaned according to the maintenance standards of the City and ready for the next customer. A flat rate of $110 per day will be charged for this service. |
| Security |
Scheduled through the Missouri City Police Department at $35 per officer per hour of event time. ($50 Holidays) |
| Equipment Rental |
The City has a variety of equipment that is available for use by rental customers. Equipment includes, stage, and podiums. Rental fees are listed on the front page of the application. |
Recognized Holidays and Other Unavailable Dates
New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and any weekend immediately prior or following above holliday. The Community Center is unavailable July 3-5.
Government Entities and Civic Organizations
In compliance with Resolution No. 99-03, all government entities and civic organizations comprised of residents of Missouri City are allowed use of a meeting room at no charge one time free per calendar month, Monday through Thursday, during regular business hours.
