Overview

For the convenience of our citizens, the City of Missouri City publishes/posts the agendas and minutes for all regular Council Meetings by

• Posting the agenda on the City Hall Bulletin Board on the Friday prior to the Council Meeting;
• Publishing the agenda on our home page on the Friday prior to the regular Council Meeting.
• Publishing the minutes of the Council Meeting after approval by City Council.
• Publishing the streaming video of the Council Meeting within seventy-two hours of the Council Meeting; holidays or unforeseen problems may affect the loading date.  Streaming videos are only available from the initial start-up date of February 16, 2004.

Minutes, Agendas and Video are typically available for the past three years. For Minutes that are older, please contact the City Secretary's Office.

Videos of Council are typically available by the end of the week in which the Council Meeting was held.  Technical problems or un-foreseen circumstances may also delay the uploading of videos.
