Welcome New Residents
Missouri City ordinance requires that all new residents complete and return the Change of Occupant form prior to electricity being released for that dwelling.
The form should be returned to the Planning Department, 1522 Texas Parkway, who will process the application and schedule a city health and safety inspection. Following satisfactory completion of the inspection, an electricity release will be issued. Call Planning at (281) 403-8600 for questions.
