American Legion Park
4015 Lexington Blvd.

Overview
This park is best known for its excellent fishing, while set amidst 21.32-acres and surrounded by trees. The park's location makes it accessible to all area residents. A new Master Plan has been completed. The park and the lake were closed while critical drainage work was completed for the Northeast Oyster Creek Sub Watershed, but has since reopened. The fountains in the lake and two floating fishing piers have been installed. A jogging trail will be completed shortly. New proposed park amenities include restrooms, four covered pavilions, a sand volleyball court, and a concrete parking lot.
