Failure to Appear

If you do not appear in court at your appointed time or make payment on or before your appearance day, an additional charge may be filed against you and a warrant will be issued for your arrest. If you fail to appear in court as provided by law, for the prosecution of the offense, you may be denied renewal of your driver's license and assessed an additional fee.
