Alarm Permit Application and Instructions
Select the appropriate form, fill it in, then print and sign. It may be returned to the City of Missouri City by fax at 281-261-4317, or to the following address:

Please do not send cash with your application. Checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards are accepted. If you would like to pay by credit/debit card, you may mail or fax in your application, and then contact a City of Missouri City (ISR) Information Service Representative at 281-403-8500 between the hours of 8am-5pm. Submitting an application without payment, or submitting payment without an application, will not create or renew an alarm permit.
Once your completed application has been processed with payment and information verified, an alarm permit will be mailed within 7 business days.
